Having performed over 100 appraisals, she brings a broad range of experience to each appraisal assignment. Extensively researched, Ms. Greenberg’s reports provide a full description of the subject property, including provenance, condition, photographs and a thorough analysis of current market trends. The appraisal allows the client to make informed decisions about their collection. Clients have included private collectors, artists, museums, historical societies, insurance companies, and law firms in the Boston area and throughout New England.

Appraisals are prepared for insurance coverage or loss, charitable donations, estate taxes, estate planning and equitable distribution purposes. Art collecting services include auction representation when buying or selling, art research including assistance with authentication, and consultation for
the acquisition and disposition of art.

Appraisal reports are prepared in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP), the Code of Ethics of the American Society of Appraisers, and the Internal Revenue Service.
